Slide A key feature of the new CZ 457 CARBON 22 LR is its innovative composite barrel, which combines the best characteristics of steel and carbon fiber, and provides many unique advantages. The heart of the CZ 457 CARBON is a heavy profile, cold hammer forged barrel equipped with a MATCH chamber. Carbon fiber is then wrapped around it and glued in place. The resulting steel-carbon barrel is not only significantly lighter, but also dissipates heat better during extended firing sessions and vibrates less after each shot.

Add an ergonomic polymer stock with a soft-touch camouflage pattern finish, together with a highly durable finish on metal components, and you have the perfect rifle for long hunting trips, night hunts with thermal imaging or night vision, or just having a lot of fun at the range. Slide Extremely light and highly precise steel barrel with carbon wrap The CZ 457 CARBON features an innovative steel-carbon barrel, which is specially designed and manufactured by CZ. It is not only considerably lighter than an all-steel barrel, but also dissipates heat better during extended firing sessions and vibrates less after each shot. Slide Lightened striker We'll let you in on one of the secrets that explain why all models in the CZ 457 series are so accurate. Something you wouldn't discover during a normal inspection of the rifle. It's the extremely low weight of the striker. CZ designers have calculated that the CZ 457 series firing pin is 62% lighter than on the previous CZ generation of rimfire rifles! CZ designers have managed to find a solution that guarantees completely reliable firing, while eliminating unwanted vibrations. Slide MATCH chamber Selected 22 LR caliber models in the CZ 457 series - currently e.g. the CZ 457 CARBON or CZ 457 MTR – are equipped with barrels that feature a MATCH chamber. This means they are manufactured with the latest technology that takes them to the very limits of CIP tolerances. The result? Guaranteed accuracy of 1 MOA when using match ammunition! Slide Adjustable trigger mechanism The innovative CZ 457 series is highly modular and customizable, which allows it to meet the wants and needs of each customer. This also applies to the trigger mechanism. Trigger pull from the factory is set at 12 N, but you can easily and safely adjust it within a wide range of approximately 8 to 15 N. Trigger travel is also adjustable from 0,5 to 5 mm. Slide 60° rotation of the bolt handle For fast and comfortable operation, the CZ 457 rimfire rifle series has a shortened bolt rotation of only 60°. Combined with its ergonomically shaped bolt handle, reloading is extremely smooth and responsive in all shooting positions, and you avoid the risk of bumping the handle against mounted optics.
